Feel stronger, more confident & mountain ready in six weeks for only $39

Poweder Prep

Because nothing feels better than clicking into your skis or strapping onto your board knowing your body is ready.

You know the feeling, that first day back on the mountain where the stokes are high but your legs aren’t quite on board yet. The burn hits early, your knees feel a little questionable on the bumps, and by mid-afternoon you’re wondering if you really are ready for a full ski season.

It doesn’t have to be like that this year.

What's included in Powder Prep?

3 workouts per week all under 45 mins so you can prep for the season without rearrange your whole schedule

Minimal equipment needed (just a couple dumbbells and a set of bands)

Warm ups included for every workout with video demonstrations for each movement in the warm up plus workout

Focused structure with progressions each week for real results

Downloadable PDF that is yours to keep and reuse - forever

Powder Prep is a 6-week strength + stability program for everyday skiers and riders who want to feel powerful, confident, and prepared before the season even starts.

Built by two Doctors of Physical Therapy and mountain athletes who train for this lifestyle ourselves, this is the exact preseason foundation we’ve used and taught for years to help active adults feel strong, capable, and resilient all winter long.
